SESSION DESCRIPTION: Higher Education coaching has seen different academic support models. These models have included everything from the peer coach to professional coach. This presentation and panel discussion will include an overview of the structure of these tiers of coaching, hiring, training and onboarding considerations, what student populations may benefit from each tier of coaching, assessment considerations, budgeting and administrative needs, and the student impact.
