SESSION DESCRIPTION: Coaches in Higher Education serve students in many different roles including advocate, encourages, challenger, mentor, guide, and teacher. At times, coaches serve in multiple roles and other times coaches must rapidly shift between various roles. Learn how to identify overlap between teaching and coaching, Reflect on how to incorporate teaching in coaching practice, and explore different methods to assess learning in coaching.
