The Human Under the Hat

SESSION DESCRIPTION: The presentation will create a space for participants to identify their multiple roles and learn habits for healthy transitions between them. We will start by defining boundaries and our limits as humans. Using our everyday hats as academic coaches, we will discuss the role of a human, employee, family member, student, faith member, organization volunteer and so on. We will allow space for individuals to share practical ways to transition between one space to the next for ourselves and those around us. Each individual will walk away with a clearer understanding of themselves as a human and the hats they wear.
